Key responsibilities

  • Working with grassroots leaders
  • Assist in designing, developing and delivery of training programmes
  • Planning, execution and assessment of all Leadership trainings at CORO
  • Extensive field visits
  • Assist in co-ordinating with field teams, organisations, people and government

Expected Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to build effective Training and learning programs, e-learning and blended learning content, ground up.
  • Ability to design and deliver interventions or programmes in the leadership development, organizational development processes
  • Ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders in parallel
  • Should be able to analyze data and metrics to make data driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and should be able to articulate their thoughts in a simple and understandable manner
  • Strong mentoring , facilitation, and presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Social Work or Equivalent degree
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of works expertise in Training and development in development sector
  • Excellent organizational , leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have an understanding of Constitutional rights and values and a vision for social change process
