Women’s Property Rights
The primary objective of WPR’s proposed program is to cultivate a robust network of grassroots organisations and individuals dedicated to addressing the issue of Equal Property Rights in the state of Maharashtra.

The WPR Program Process
Identification & selection of potential individuals (Leaders) and organizations. Finalising priority WPR issues. (15-18 Org and 30 leaders).
Perspective and Capacity building of the selected leaders and their organizations through workshops.
Data gathering and analysing to form basis.
Organizing communities and creating awareness on WPR issues.
Collective ground action to achieve outcomes on various property related issues such as claiming rights learning the systems and provisions, reading documents etc.
Development of network- planning, strategizing, roles and responsibilities, advocacy plan, action, results.
People Centered advocacy at various levels (media, legislative, executive, judicial), making authorities accountable.
Documentation of the process, successes, challenges and its dissemination.
